 Q. Powertrans Solutions and Wynall - who's who? A. Powertrans is an electrical engineering company specialising in meeting the needs of customers requiring solutions in electrical charging, testing and conversion. In 2001 it acquired Wynall limited, one of the UK's longest standing and most highly rated manufacturers of battery chargers and testers and now markets all its equipment under the Wynall brand. Q. Do I have to buy equipment bearing the Wynall name? A. No. All our standard range of equipment comes branded as Wynall but you can order machines designed to your specifications in any size, shape, colour or brand you desire. Q. How quickly can I get a charger from you? A. We keep healthy stocks of most of our standard range and (provided we have sufficient stock) can ship units to you within 24 hours if required. For bespoke units or exceptionally large orders of standard kit we will quote you a delivery date that we're 100% confident we can meet to allow you to make firm plans. Q. What about export orders? A. No problem. We've exported both standard and bespoke equipment to areas as far afield as Saudi Arabia, the West Indies and the USA. All our units can easily be adapted to local voltages and upgraded to meet specific climatic challenges. We accept payment by letters of credit and can arrange carriage to ensure you that your order reaches you on time wherever you are. Q. What are your payment terms? A. 30 days from date of invoice. Q. How can I place my order? A. By phone, fax or e-mail. Unfortunately we're not yet able to provide an ordering service from this site but hope to do so in the near future. |
